“INCREASING CAPACITY – Breadth & Depth!”

• • Bring 10-20 Pre-Teen, Teen and/or Adult students into our OMMA Instructor Academy Training Program: We need $500 to fund the resources (human, time, material) needed to complete our Level One Instructor Training curriculum and fully implement it.

• • Add 2-4 entry level Trainee Instructors or Junior Leaders who will earn between $50-150/month (as an average, use 3 @ $100/month = $300 x 12 months = $3,600). Half of the funds for our instructors comes from student revenues, the rest from donations. NEED = $1,800/year

• • Move 2 entry-level Trainee Instructors/Junior Leaders through our Level 2 Instructor Academy Training Program to Assistant Instructor: We need $500 to fund the resources (human, time, material) needed to complete our Level Two Instructor Training curriculum and fully implement it.

• • Add these two to OMMA Staff as Part-time instructors who will earn between $200-400/month (as an average, use 2 @ $300/month = $600 x 12 months = $7,200). Half of the funds for our instructors comes from student revenues, the rest from donations. NEED = $3,600/year

• • Move 1 Instructor through our Level 3 Instructor Academy Training Program to Full Instructor: We need $500 to fund the resources (human, time, material) needed to complete our Level Three Instructor Training curriculum and fully implement it.

• • Add this person to OMMA Staff as a Part-time/Full-time instructor* who will earn $1,000/month (as an average, use 1 @ $1,000/month = $1,000 x 12 months = $12,000). Half of the funds for our instructors comes from student revenues, the rest from donations. NEED = $6,000/year
