Right now, the biggest obstacle to us taking the next step in our 30 year, 20 Phase plan for growth is “Instructor Capacity!” It takes a long time to raise up the qualified, high-ranking Martial Arts Black Belts who have the teaching, leadership and ministry skills to join OMMA as a Full-Time Instructor.  Would you consider helping us equip future leaders?

OMMA Instructor Academy includes:

• *Advanced Martial Arts Instruction * Instruction on how to teach Martial Arts * Training in how to operate an OMMA Dojo * Bible-based Leadership training * Ministry Skills training * Special expert guests * Certification in 8 OMMA Instructor Levels * Possible long-term Martial Arts Ministry career

OMMA Instructor “Boot Camp”:

• *We are starting a “Boot Camp” training program for potential On Mission Martial Arts Instructors who are interested in a possible long-term Martial Arts Minstry career.  The Boot Camp would be a more intense training having the attendees come for at least a 6 week program and possible a whole 6 months.  With this accelerated Instructor Training Program we hope to increase the availability of qualified instructors who would then be able to start our new dojo locations.

Zion, IL Leadership Trip for Marco:

• Would you consider a special gift to help Marco visit William and the Zion dojo in 2021?   We would like to give Marco the opportunity to visit ZION in 2021.  This Leadership trip would allow the Zion community to meet Marco, experience a special Kempo Clinic presented by Marco, and a chance for him to see all that is happening in Zion as well as to be an encouragement to William.
